I could not put this book down as I traveled with Tulley to find out what it meant to fly the flag, drive to dive, and stay true to the crew. This is a very readable tale about what it takes to be a good leader. Although the story is entertaining as a whole, I also believe it would be put to good use in a training or in-service where different people read different chapters and relate their findings to the large group. While targeted toward those in leadership positions (or those that want to be in leadership positions), lessons about working in teams and communicating team goals are also paramount.
